Key facts statement (KFS)
關鍵資料說明(KFS)
A key facts statement (KFS) is a standard summary that a lender gives you before you decide, setting out a loan's main terms such as the interest rate, the fees and what you must repay. The Code of Banking Practice, which the Hong Kong Monetary Authority endorses, asks banks to provide one for loan products so customers can compare them. What it contains and how it looks is set by the Code and the lender's own documents.
